With Kleshnev's VIFS the athlete can see from the coach's perspective of the launch and get direct and instant feedback about making technical changes instead of the traditional method of video analysis, waiting until the end of practice to see the mistakes and the following practice to try and fix them.

Elite Athletes Visit OKC

November was an exciting month at the Oklahoma City National High Performance Center with several elite athletes rowing on the Oklahoma River, the newly designated Olympic Training Site.

In residence were Jen Goldsack, Kristin Hedstrom, Martin Etem, and Pat Close.

Jen and Kristen have represented the US at the Olympic Games and World Championships, respectively, in the Lightweight Women's Double.

Martin who trained here last summer and represented the US at the U23 World Championships and Pat who won the National Championships in the single last year will be residents here starting January 4.

Oklahoma City High Performance Center Training Camp

At the beginning of October, the Oklahoma City National High Performance Center hosted a training camp, the first with USRowing Coaches, John Parker and Jeremy Ivey, on site. In residence were Jen Goldsack, Summers Nelson, Nick LaCava, Aaron Marcovy, Pat Close, and Martin Etem.
